One might wonder why companies feel that there is a need for them to outsource their operations when they can easily just have them in-house, which proves to be more advantageous when it comes to accessibility and monitoring. There are still some companies who do not value seeking the help of outsourcing solutions providers, primarily because they feel that their data is not secure if they bring it outside the premises of their business. Also, they think that the high attrition rate in outsourcing companies could hinder their business’ productivity rate. However, outsourcing companies have already made a solution to address the apprehensions that pushes businesses away from outsourcing.
There are still companies out there who do not see that there are indeed an infinite number of opportunities with outsourcing. Outsourcing is no longer limited to delegating just your accounting processes to a company who provides such services because in today’s outsourcing industry, the service offerings now covers a broader range. This current state of the outsourcing industry, which is moving on a stable upward direction, may be attributed to the fact that the amount of work where a service provider can be of help has already expanded. Companies before have tried outsourcing their finance and accounting duties, and this could be the most outsourced type of work before. However, as times have changed, this has already shifted as the call center solutions became the most common type of outsourced service.
If you are probably new to the concept of outsourcing, you would be surprised at the different work processes that you can outsource to a solutions provider. There are outsourcing companies who offer only a specific type of solutions as they like to limit their clientele to those who are seeking only call center services, such as customer service and telemarketing, while on the other hand, there are also some companies who offer only non-voice support to interested companies. There are also other outsourcing companies that offer a wide variety of services, such as IT outsourcing services and Sales Support outsourcing, and this would be more beneficial to businesses as they could only go to only one solutions provider for almost all their outsourcing needs. In addition to this, there has been news before that outsourcing companies have been adding new services to their listing so they could be considered to be a one-stop shop for their clients.
Another factor that contributes to the success of outsourcing these past few years is the market that is being targeted by the industry. In the past, there are only a few industries that have actually tapped outsourcing. The number of industries outsourcing their operational processes before is indeed minimal especially when it is compared to the spectrum of industries that seek outsourcing today. From logistics companies to healthcare institutions and all those in between, they have now considered outsourcing to be a promising opportunity because with outsourcing, they would be able to establish a dedicated outsourced team while they are able to focus on their core activities.
Outsourcing companies have been proactive as the industry they belong to maintains its positive growth by becoming more innovative. It is no longer surprising if the outsourcing industry continues its presence across different industries.

It is mentioned that there are 3 major barriers that stops companies to outsource: accessibility and monitoring, data security and atrition. I think atrition has become maybe the more critical variable these days.
A lot of companies are seeking providers just to cut cost. In fact, this is a possibility, but it can take some time to achieve. As these companies don’t want to wait too much, outsourcers are also pushed to reduce their costs, starting with HR costs. And this is how we find high attrition rate scenario.
The solution to this problem is to understand that outsourcing is not just reducing costs, but a lot of more benefits: flexibility, access to best practices and new technology, turning investments into costs, and much more. Of course, in a certain period, costs can finally be reduced.

Outsource Philippines has always been of good help to foreign clients and for those who would like to outsource. Although there are points to consider in doing outsourcing, still outsourcing companies do not delimit their capacity and services to offer. The cost cut measure i think is one of the common advantage why some people choose to outsource rather than just doing it ‘in-house’. In addition, it is also very important to consider that cost cut doesn’t mean to impair the quality service offer, it only mean that the cost of labor, and resources are better in other countries like Philippines and India.

I completely agree with Luis Outsourcing is not just a mean to reduce the operation cost. It is much more than that and now when there are wide range of process that can be outsourced it eventually provides great flexibility to the companies who outsource their process.
And as far as security of your data is concerned, no outsourcing company would like to sabotage its reputation by playing with the security of your data they take proper care of your data so that they can win your trust and confidence and thereby get more business from you.
